The Studio will design the showroom signage described in Schedule A and deliver final artwork files by November 28. Revisions requested in writing within five business days are included in the fee.
2. Term
This agreement starts on the date of the last signature and ends when the final files are delivered and paid for, unless either party ends it earlier with fourteen days' written notice.
3. Fees
The Client pays a fixed fee of $8,400 in two equal parts, on signing and on delivery. Invoices are due within fifteen days of issue.
4. Ownership
Once the fee is paid in full, the Client owns the final artwork. The Studio may show the finished work in its portfolio. New York law governs this agreement.
